My Inspiration:-

'Rugged coastlines

with quirky seabirds,

trees that drip

emerald greens or

dazzling oranges, tiny,

yet bold, wildflowers

that colour the

countryside, these

are a few of the

subjects that

inspire me.'

PAINTING OF THE MONTH

Acrylic paintings have been leading the way these past few months, so featuring a watercolour is way overdue.

This watercolour is called 'Rocky Road' and is currently at the wonderful Carron Pottery and Gallery, Strathcarron.

I guess, like my last few choices, this one has been influenced by my current health problems. Chemotherapy is like battling a Rocky Road, it is a hard road to travel on without a doubt, however it does have its level places along the way. Halfway through my course now so that is a milestone reached. End will soon be in sight.
